Reactors DN 300 or larger are provided with a technical flange type Schott. Different flanges are also available.
The valve is designed so that liquid rests flow through without leaving deposits acc. to GMP. It is also designed with a spring loaded spindle to prevent leakage caused by expansion and contraction. Alternative you can have 3 different spindles for example with Pt100 sensor. All variations are available with pneumatic cylinders.
The order number will at the end be completed with V10…V25 (for the valve) and if applicable GL 18… KF25 for the relevant outflow.
Reactors with a simple discharge tube get the valve title only.
