These reactors are executed up to DN 200 with a Duran laboratory flange with groove. Different flanges are also available.
The thermostatic connections are standard flat flanges DN 15 type Schott. The vessels can also be made with GL18 screw thread connections and a plastic hose connector 10 mm at no extra charge.
The valve is designed so that liquid rests flow through without leaving deposits acc. to GMP. It is also designed with a spring loaded spindle to prevent leakage caused by expansion and contraction. Alternative you can have 3 different spindles for example with Pt100 sensor. All variations are available with pneumatic cylinders.
