About Glasatelier Saillart

Glasatelier Saillart stands for solidity, expertise and thinking along with our customers. This applies both to the sale of laboratory materials and to the design and production of traditional glassware.

Glasatelier Saillart was founded in 1996. Jan Saillart and Els Van Dyck are skilled and passionate glassblowers with a strong technical background. After a few years in paid employment as a supervisor at large R & D laboratories, they founded their own glassblowing company.

Promptly follow questions about technical products and laboratory supplies. This means that Saillart takes the step to also offer standard lab materials, in addition to the production of customized laboratory glass. Thanks to our good knowledge of lab and industrial processes and a strong market knowledge, we offer our customers the most adapted products at the best conditions.

In the meantime, the workforce has grown with very experienced glassblowers and the company moved to a new construction workshop with a very extensive machine park that meets the most stringent standards.

This makes it possible to produce very complex pieces, but also to produce extensive series in a cost-efficient way. The ample storage space allows us to keep a large stock of base materials and semi-finished products, so that we can respond quickly and flexibly to specific questions. In the near future, the machinery will be further expanded with more glass forming machines.

Glasatelier Saillart is also a shareholder cooperant within one of the largest European wholesale organizations. This means that we can offer a very wide range of products (more than 200,000 items!) At very competitive prices.
